Shipments and returns

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. We use the best courier service for your location and delivery type, choosing between UPS, ChitChats, and Canada Post to ensure timely and secure delivery. Delivery methods may vary based on whether the destination is a residence, business, or multi-unit building.

For added security, signature-required delivery options may be available upon request. If you prefer this method, please contact us prior to finalizing your order, as additional charges may apply. Tracking information will always be provided for your convenience.

Shipping fees include handling and packing charges as well as postage costs. While handling fees are fixed, transport fees depend on the total weight and destination of the shipment. We recommend consolidating your items into one order whenever possible to save on shipping costs, as we cannot combine separately placed orders.

Special care is taken to protect fragile items, with ample packaging to ensure your items arrive safely. However, delivery is at your own risk once dispatched, and we advise reviewing your shipment immediately upon receipt.
